Q1: what specifications do you have for the cotton poplin? what is the width for it?

We mainly make 110 * 76 and 133 * 72 cotton poplin, and the width can be 63 inches and 47 inches.

Q2: How many colors can be made?

We have our own color card,it including hundreds of colors for customers to choose, and we can also produce according to customers' colors. We will make color samples to customers for confirmation before dyeing.

Q3: How do you control the cotton nodes on the fabric?

We use high-quality combed cotton raw materials and introduce new carding machines such as dk803, DK903 and dc03 to detect the dynamic change of neps on-line;
At the same time, we will have 12 inspectors on 24-hour shifts to inspect and repair the fabric surface, which has reduced the generation of finished cotton nodes.

Q4: can you provide samples for free?

Yes, we provide free samples. The sample size is about A4 paper size.
However, the express fee needs to be borne by the buyer. If you need larger samples, or samples with specified colors and patterns, we need to charge some extra fees. Please contact us for details.
